Q. How do I sign up?
A. Just go to the enrollment section. Enrollment is easy and you will receive an e-mail approval with your own username and password within an hour of the time we receive a copy of your W-9 Form (W-8 Form for Canadian carriers), operating authority, and insurance information showing the proper amount of coverage.
Q. How will I know if my load offer was accepted?
A. You will receive an e-mail within an hour (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday).
Q. What happens if, after I place an offer for a load, I find that I can't deliver at that rate or even at all?
A. If the load is still open, you can either change the rate you offered or delete your offer completely. From the "Carrier Home" page, click the "Your Offers" link, select the radio button next to the appropriate load and click the "Detail" button. On the "Load Details" page, click the "Edit/Cancel Offer" button. From there, you can either click the "Cancel Offer" button if you wish to cancel your offer, or change the rate in the "Your Offer" text box and click the "Edit Offer" button to submit. Click the "OK" button to agree to the change.
